Joystick profile support, what can be done?

it would be nice to have scroll to the command interface shift+ scroll up/down

That may be doable with an input configuration, though I would need to expose mouse wheel up and down events.

The input handler already supported middle mouse, but I just added mouse wheel (Windows 2000), the fourth and fifth buttons (Windows XP), and mouse wheel tilt (Windows Vista). Hooking them up in the input map files is a separate issue.
