Game Assets (Updated 2011-10-13)
Now that we're getting close to the end, I've started putting together updated assets. I'll create a new ZFS for the final version, but for now just unpack this archive into your addon directory. It replaces several existing files so you may want to back up your addon directory first. Alternatively, you can keep the files in a subdirectory but you'll need to delete or rename any file in addon with the same name.
I also added a replacement for the Large Assets ZIX file, which didn't match the corresponding ZFS well at all. The main player-visible effect is the return of that missing barrel piece in the Czar cockpit.

What's New (relative to stock 1.4):
* bzone16l.zix - replacement index file that fixes the Czar cockpit geometry
* apammo.vdf, aam11bda.geo - adjusted geometry so the flame is centered (submitted by Dx)
* avsl?.odf, avslf.vdf, and asl11gs2.geo - renamed gs1 hardpoint to gs2 so items launch from the "bucket" at the end of the arm and changed index for catapult animation so it works properly (based on Dx's work)
* bvltnk.inf - renamed misnamed bvlntk.inf
* bvmuf.vdf, bmu11???.geo - copied and reskinned American Factory (based on Sporkinator's work)
* bvslf.odf, bvslf.sdf, bsl11gs2.geo - renamed gs1 hardpoint to gs2 so items launch from the "bucket" at the end of the arm and changed index for catapult animation so it works properly (based on Dx's and Sporkinator's work)
* gtaggun.odf - reduced leader round ammo cost to zero to be more consistent with 1.4 behavior

* mult01.bzn - fixed misnamed powerups
* mult03.bzn/bmp - added an edge path around the playable area
* multdm11.bzn - fixed misnamed powerups
* multdm14.bzn/bmp - added an edge path around the playable area (replaces addon)
* multdm15.bzn/bmp - added an edge path around the playable area and fixed misnamed powerups (replaces addon)
* multdm17.bzn - fixed misnamed powerups

* svtump.odf - fixed the second weapon hardpoint

Those new bzn files are changing the maps by not allowing the players to travel around the top and bottom of the maps.
Also, when modifying the stock maps, you should consider that people may try to use those maps in the stock 1.4 game so the edge_path should use the old bounce back spacing needed. The Ai Paths still have errors in them.
avwalk.odf still has useless labels in it.
I hope you intend to pack all the addon files in the zfs when you make it.
As far as the scz21bgb.geo, it looks like the one i gave to spock long ago as i processed it different than stock. What i wanted to say is the cannon uses the wrong texture, instead of the cockpit skin it needs the svtank00.map under lod 2, i never bothered to check it out but can it use the proper texture if made as sorting plane 2? ie: scz22bgb.geo

I didn't know players could get out there so I made the edge path conform to what looked like the playable area. I can adjust the edge path accordingly and give it 10m worth of extra padding. Fortunately, it's easy enough to fix. (Besides, I need to re-export those maps as binary.)
Which AI paths have errors, and what do I need to change to fix them?
I hadn't meant to include avwalk.odf in the first place. I copied it to my working folder so I could add "turrets" for the lower arms but added weapon convergence another way so it isn't needed.
I can try hex-editing the geometry file to add the proper texture name.

Let me see what mine said, i'll post it in ascii and you can edit it in and resave in binary.
One bad ai path is aprave, no such animal.
Weapon weapon convergence , i thought was good for what Spock asked me for long ago, (he wanted BzE modified walker that fired closer together) that's why i brought it up, for him thinking the convergence is the best way to handle it.
If you get the right texture on, let me know if it needs the uv's maped properly.

I'll take a look at those BZN files and see what's going on in them for reference.
Spock pointed out that rebuilding bzone16l.zix restores the missing Czar cockpit barrel-tip geometry since the proper GEO file is in the ZFS but missing from the stock ZIX. Other ZIX files have missing assets as well so I plan to issue updated copies soon.

bzone16l.zix is LA on, the geo should be in bzone.zfs

Oh, good point. I don't typically play non-LA so I hadn't noticed. 
Update: The weapon barrel looks good in SW and non-LA HW, which I think use a different model.

I just fixed some misnamed powerups in several DM maps and fixed the second hardpoint on the CCA Turret.

I checked the zix Updated 2011-05-16 and there are quite a bit of changes, so much so that you shouldn't have made 1 zix but all zix files over.

I rebuilt them all but bzone16l.zix was the only one with differences.
