Another thing that may throw some people is the port address window missing.
I installed TS3 for my 32bit XP PC and for my 64bit Win7 laptop and neither shows the port window as shown in the TS3 tutorial.

The TS3 i have has the port, i didn't install the new version yet, waiting till Eddy updates the server. The old version was 5.8MB the new one is 27MB, i wonder what all the bloat is about.
