What was he thinking? Another 6" lower and that would have been his face...

It's individuals like that dude that will give the sport a black eye when he gets killed and jumpers are banned from launch areas.

Have you seen the NGC broadcast of this guy? Like Dan Osman, I won't be surprised if I read of his death.

I think once you buy a GoPro (on my wish list  ) you feel the need to do crazier and crazier stunts.

Once I started driving through remote areas yesterday I kept seeing kids along the side of the highway on skidoos with GoPros mounted either on their helmets or on top of a hockey stick mounted on their sled.
So tragically Canadian it hurts.
A far more pleasing to the eye use of a GoPro:

I still don't think we've seen the full maturity of wing suits.

I think the wingspan can be increased slightly from arm's length now of around 5' or 6' to comfortably around 9 to 10' with a lightweight strut system resting against the chest and abdomen that collapses or is detached on chute deploy. This would allow a glide efficiency ratio to go from the current ~2.7 or so to around 3.5-4, more or less providing 40% more air time and distance. And possibly see someone actually land in snow by stalling and dropping.

You heard it here first, we'll see if it's done soon. . .
