At 1:51 am, everyone is asleep.

I also find that traffic tends to taper off Thursday and Friday...

Welcome back scrappy i saw you in there. I still don't understand how come folks don't hang out in the lobby more. So you go afk you check back and if there is a game or players ready then you have a game. I mean how much cpu does it take to run the lobby? Anyhow its not the afk lobby loafers who are the problem imo it just takes a little patience. Had you still been hanging out we would have had a great strat game i'm sure.

What Grinder said.
I find that some people go to 100% loss for me...scrappy is one of them with my new ISP apparently.

Re: so where are you loafers?
I don't entirely understand why it works, but when in 98se, if I get a lot of 100% loss players in the lobby and cannot see into games (can't join them as well), I back out to the desktop and open the MSDOS window and type 'winipcfg /release' then 'winipcfg /renew'.
Been working well to reattain players when simply backing out and re-entering does not.

Re: so where are you loafers?
I suspect it has a lot to do with my router which I believe isn't set to reboot nightly anymore (should rectify that) - still using custom DNS servers as I never trust the ones my ISP prefers (my previous ISP blocked a site I frequent about PS3 hacking).
