A plasma reactor in a plastic coke bottle that can generate about .75v is all I've seen so far and that's questionable at best. Not sure how that relates to artificial gravity...

Hehe, I'm fairly certain your 'fairly certain' is accurate.

This is all classic techno-babble nonsense with a couple of exotic words thrown into the mix to make the uninitiated go, "Wow, the discoveries at that foundation are groundbreaking!"

To me, this stuff carries about as much weight as the science that's used in shows like 'Falling Skies' and 'Terra Nova'.

I notice the added embellishment of agreeing to a sort of EULA as you go to the site. LOL

HERE'S where the floor starts getting slick with sh!t. He says all "plasmatic components" in matter have three fundamental parts; matter (yes I agree), antimatter (possibly, but on a scale ratio so incredibly small as to be ignored accept on grand solar scales) and Dark Matter (he's pulling this one COMPLETELY out his a$$). This, "initial fundamental plasma", is ONLY his techno-babble reference, which is known to every other physicist as the neutron.

He also says, "This is not how it is currently taught in universities." Duh, I can only guess why.
He says the bottle plasma effect has been duplicated "all over" yet there's no reference to it anywhere except references to him and his site, and THEN says the "feasibility" of the theory is considered valid by many physicists. So. . which one is it? I would have thought this guy's boundary work silliness would have petered out by now, but he's been around for decades.

But getting back to peer review. . .where is his papers on how he knows AND describes in a falsifiable way, there's dark matter in the neutron? No where to be found. Goofiness abounds.
