That's like a ping i would get over lan.
I can see that mine has the download throttled @ 1.24Mbs when it should be 3Mbs.

LAN pings are usually less than 1ms but 11ms on WAN is pretty awesome. It's usually around 20-30ms, I think I caught the server on a slow day...

In lan testing i can show up to 11ping in the game and that's hard wired between two pc's that are side by side with a short cat5e over 1Gb linksys.

That's probably the game's own internal lag, if you ping the other PC it would be sub 1ms.
