thats it, i was thinkin here if there's a way to add Glowing textures or particles in BZ
like the SP-Stabber Trail, the Flare mine and etc

That's not a glow, it's just transparent sprites.
You should be able to make new sprites and add them to the sprite table.

BZ doesn't do additive blending but alpha-blended textures work great for various effects. MakeMAP isn't the friendliest utility but it's not too hard once you get the hang of it. Alpha-blended textures are tricky to get working with software rendering, though, and have a somewhat limited palette.
I need to document MakeMAP better since it's not immediately obvious how to use it.
