This is a total overhaul mod/patch that applies over BattleZone 1.4

A real Geyser would shoot all the way into orbit, from images NASA shows but this is a game.
I like this much better than the BzR Geysers which use an ugly Bz2 smoke sprite.

How are these created if not with a sprite?

I use many different sprites but this is the same I've used for many years. This is just an odf tweak that got it to look that way.

I kind of like it, could use some geyser sound too.

In Bz, the same as all the weapons, collisions, explosions etc... ;)

In RL I'd assume the sounds would be from the vibration transfer through the ground and into your suit so you may not want to get too close as the sound in your suit would not be relaxing. :shock:

At least in your own vehicle, the vibrations could be felt/heard but that wouldn't be true for the other tanks.

I didn't mean in a tank, as they aren't in contact with the ground, i meant if you was a pilot standing on the ground. (It's quite trendy to take a walk near Geysers in between Battles :P )
