Rather hard to get the installer to work that was taken down long ago. If you read the first post it states. Besides, the release will be changing so i'm not going to revisit the installer until after the dust settles on the new releases.

That's correct. You can also give BZE1.3.8 a shot. It has all of the original BZ embedded, along with tons of extras.
