Bullet vests and flak jackets just stop the bullet, they still hurt like a biatch. I heard (unconfirmed) he had a 100 rd drum for his AR15. He must have been a noob at weapons beyond how to shoot them blindly, since no one buys those and apparently his gun jammed (probably from improper trigger cycling).
