The site is a little tricky...at first glance it seemed to me that you had to pay for xpadder....and if you say only on the main page, that's really the only way you're going to get it.
However, if you go to the forum (you'll have to register, I'm afraid) you can find it here http://xpadder.com/forum4/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=1550.

I messed around with it last night for a few hours and was able to get it to work with PS3 SIXAXIS controller...the problem was that the drivers I found for it (http://www.motioninjoy.com/download) were too good...it activated the SIXAXIS without a way to turn it off. :D You basically had to keep it level from interfering with gameplay, and even then one of the analog sticks would randomly go wild.

Too bad...would have been pretty handy for dogfighting. :)
